This is happened when we were in our final year of engineering and we had campus placement at Sparsh BPO Services but even after few months of passing we never been called for the joining. When contacted, there were not any convincing answers so I decided to visit company by myself. They treated me as if I am a first time applying there and I was told that I will have to go through all the selection process again despite of my offer letter and this was so ridiculous for me that I decided not o be part of such a pathetic organization.
The selection process the I had to go through for the job position was even further messy and they literally treat freshers as garbage with very low salaries and heck of a workload with no chances at all of carrier growth of any kind. Like me, there are many of them shocked with the company’s service so there is no way I would recommend it to anybody.
